When is the Blockchain Expo?
The Blockchain Expo takes place on 13-14 November 2019.
Registration opens at 8.30 am on Day 1 and 9am on Day 2 – please bring your e-ticket barcode with you to ensure a speedy entrance.
You can also register for a Free Expo Pass on arrival at the venue.
How do I get my e-ticket?
One you have registered for your ticket, you will receive a confirmation email.
We will then send you an e-ticket which be sent a few weeks before the event – please remember to check your junk/clutter folder if you do not receive. Pre-print your badge to skip the queues on arrival.
What are event opening times?
Gold and Ultimate ticket holders are invited to beat the queues for registration from 4-6pm on November 12th .
On Day 1 (November 13), registration for all ticket holders will open from 8:30am.
The exhibition will run between 8:30am – 6pm on Day 1 (Nov 13).
On Day 2 (November 14), registration for all ticket holders will open from 9am.
The exhibition will run 9am – 4.30pm on Day 2 (Nov 14). Please check the conference track pages for specific timings.

How do I get there?
The Center is in a convenient central location in the heart of Silicon Valley. With three surrounding airports in popular Northern California locations, visitors will have a convenient commute to and from the Center. View directions here.

Santa Clara has a variety of surrounding hotels. We recommend the Hyatt Regency Hotel which is situated next to the venue.

We accept all major credit cards and can also take payment via bank transfer and over the phone. To pay via either of the latter two options, please complete your booking and select the ‘invoice’ option, then get in touch with the team with your payment preference and invoice number at email@example.com

When will I receive my ticket?
E-tickets will be sent to your registered email address from the week commencing 12 November. You may receive your ticket several times before the event, however only one of these tickets will be required at registration. Please bring your ticket either printed, or on a smartphone to the registration desk at the event.
How do I log-in to the networking app?
Gold and Ultimate pass holders will be sent an invitation to our networking app in the days following their purchase. If you are having trouble logging-in, please ensure that –
– You are entering your email in the format provided in your invitation email (case sensitive)
– You are using the ‘all in the loop’ IoT, AI & Blockchain app.
