Radhika Iyengar is a web3 thought leader and venture operator, a Top 100 Women of the Future – web3 and Metaverse, a TEDx speaker, a Silicon Valley Woman of Influence, and a Silicon Valley serial entrepreneur. She is a Founding Partner at StarChain Ventures, a Silicon Valley-based venture studio focused on the transformative power of web3 tech and decentralized technologies, like NFTs and the open Metaverse, in combination with deep tech (AI/ML/IoT) – a core thesis of her best-selling book, Enterprise Blockchain Has Arrived, and co-authored with Jorden Woods. StarChain Ventures is also dedicated to partnering with top entrepreneurs and creating impactful solutions using web3/open Metaverse to reimagine the future of business, humanity, and social structures. Radhika is a co-founder of StarChain’s AstroSapiens web3 project – a community, foundation, DAO, and NFT collection focused on increasing diversity, equity, and inclusion in Tech, with a focus on web3, metaverse, and the Space sectors. Radhika is also the co-host of StarChain’s videocast series, The Future of Business – an educational videocast series focused on business opportunities with Web3 and Metaverse.

Multilingual in 10 languages, Radhika advises governments and top startups worldwide, including numerous web3 startups in key sectors such as the Metaverse, fintech, healthcare and smart cities. She has also raised $165M for startups she has advised, both directly and via premier programs.
Radhika also works at the intersection of technology and policy to develop impactful frameworks. She is a member of the California Gov Ops Blockchain Working Group, a select task force advising Governor Gavin Newsom and the California state legislature on the applications and implications of blockchain technology. The task force contributed significantly to this effort, resulting in Gov. Newsom’s May 2022 Executive
Order on the responsible use of web3 for CA as well as the recent CA law passed in October 2022 enabling Californians to have their vital records securely available on the blockchain.
Radhika is a Board Member at industry organizations such as Partners in Digital Health Institute (PHDInst), a leading global health ecosystem platform focused on advanced tech in healthcare, and Blockchain in Healthcare Today (BHTY), the world’s first peer-reviewed journal on blockchain in healthcare and contributor to PubMed. She is also a former Board Member of TiE Silicon Valley and the former leader of the World Business Angel Investment Forum (WBAF), a G20 Financial Inclusion partner, including the Founding Board Member, Silicon Valley Office and BOD at the USA Office and Global Women Leaders Committee.
