Antonio Ruiz-Gimenez is the co-founder and Managing Partner at ATW Partners a Venture Capital/Private Equity investment firm with multiple investment vehicles. Prior to ATW Partner, Mr. Ruiz Gimenez co-founded P3 Global Management, a public-private partnership enhancing cities. Mr. Ruiz-Gimenez is also the co-founder and chairman of SolidOpinion, a commenting platform.
Mr. Ruiz-Gimenez has investment experience in multiple sectors and over the past 10 years he has co-founded and managed several successful companies, including YYC Capital Management a long/short equity healthcare hedge fund. In 2012 Mr. Ruiz-Gimenez co-founded Infrastructure Media Group Holdings – IMGH and Innovators Fund. IMGH is a holding company focused on global infrastructure, energy, commodities and public-private partnerships. Mr. Ruiz-Gimenez has been an angel investor in multiple start-up companies in very diverse industries.

He has been featured in 20 under 40 Young Philanthropist New York Observer, the Top NY based energy companies with P3 Global Management as well as Latin Trendsetter in Business in 2012. br> Mr. Ruiz-Gimenez dedicates his free time and resources to philanthropy and charitable work. Mr. Ruiz-Gimenez has been a board member of Keep a Child Alive since 2015 and serves as their CEO. Keep A Child Alive was co-founded by Alicia Keys, the organization is working to fight HIV and AIDS among African children and families and make sure they get treatment and medication. In 2011 Mr. Ruiz-Gimenez cofounded and serves as the president of PVBLIC Foundation, a company that connects nonprofits to donated advertising space, making sure nonprofits get the media access they need.
Mr. Ruiz-Gimenez holds a Law Degree from Universidad Complutense of Madrid.
