Duncan Trenholme is a Managing Director, and Global Co-Head of Digital Assets at TP ICAP where he is responsible for setting the firms cryptoasset and tokenisation strategy and managing the portfolio of solutions launched within the Digital Assets business.<\/p>\n
TP ICAP Digital Assets provides broking services to global clients across cryptoasset derivative products and offers spot trading through an FCA registered cryptoasset exchange, Fusion Digital Assets. Duncan oversees the continued growth of these solutions and is directing the company\u2019s long-term vision of providing services for tokenised assets within traditional asset classes, by overseeing the build out of Fusion Clear, a product that provides access to blockchain-based asset classes.<\/p>\n
Duncan has been at TP ICAP since 2008 after earning his Master of Physics (MPhys) degree from the University of Warwick. Prior to assuming his current position in 2019, Duncan held various other front-office roles within TP ICAP within the Equities Division of ICAP. He is a regular speaker at events including FIA IDX, FIX Trading, and Token2049 and provides comments across Bloomberg, Reuters, Coindesk and the FT.
