Leon is a Digital Leader, Innovation Expert, and Technology Strategist focused on growth and profitability within complex global markets. He is an acknowledged ‘Thought Leader’ in New Technologies across cryptocurrencies, Smart Cities, AI, IoT, Industry 4.0, cyber-physical systems, and security.
Leon managed companies, and product portfolios led large-scale programs, and created disruptive solutions. He worked on all continents, in start-ups and large enterprises. Leon currently leads a boutique consultancy Galaxy Innovation Ltd that advises in Innovation, Digital Transformation, and Product Strategy. Leon is also the steering committee member of the think tank BGIN, Blockchain Governance Initiative, and the Co-Chair of the Decentralized Treasury Working Group.
He was previously a Managing Director for a Blockchain company IOG that created a USD multi-billion ecosystem Cardano, VP Global Solutions Leader with Huawei Technologies in China, and a General Partner of a Venture Capital firm in advanced materials in North America.
Leon holds a Master’s Degree in quantum electronics, another Master’s Degree in Optoelectronics, and an MBA. He is fluent in English, French, Russian, and Spanish works on his Japanese and likes reading philosophy books in their original languages.
