Elaine Silan is the Customer Success lead for Acentrik, a strategic product of Mercedes-Benz Singapore. With 10 years of IT experience, Elaine has previously worked in Accenture Philippines for the Oracle solution factory supporting infrastructure and operations topics, before moving to Singapore as a consultant for Mercedes-Benz in 2017. Since then, she was a Technical Project Lead for infrastructure, a DevOps consultant, and Business Analyst for ServiceNow.

Aside from her current role at Acentrik, she personally dabbles in cryptocurrencies and has a strong interest in upcoming Blockchain trends pertaining to popular culture.
