Hcash is the first public blockchain project in Australia and aims to create a highly efficient, effective and private platform to be secure against the inevitable quantum computers. Hcash utilizes a hybrid blockchain consisting of both POW and POS and has set up joint research labs at Monash University and Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Researchers with expertise in cryptography, cybersecurity, privacy, and post-quantum algorithms are part of the team assisting Hcash to become leaders in this space with ongoing research and development. In line with its vision, Hcash will develop ASIC resistance, Hcash AI Lightning Protocol and also aims to be the medium of exchange between blockchains where data and value can flow freely and be transferred between blockchains.
