James joined Coinbase in May 2022 and is the Co-Head of Institutional Sales and Account Management across EMEA & APAC. His primary responsibility is to help Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and Banks on their crypto journey. Prior to joining Coinbase James was an Managing Director at BlackRock where he ran the Institutional Sales team for the International Cash Business for 12 years. Whilst the he was on the DLT steerco for the firm and tokesnised a BlackRock Money Market Fund on the JPM Onyx blockchain.
