Alexandre Lemarchand is a strategic leader with over two decades of experience in FinTech effectively growing and managing sales and customer retention. Since 2018, he has served as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Ledger. In this role, he is responsible for driving revenue and executing the company’s worldwide business strategy for both the consumer and enterprise segments, which include Client Success Management for the support and technical account management teams, as well as oversight of the full P&L.
Alexandre joined Ledger following 12 years at Microsoft, where he was most recently a Director of Partner Strategy and Business Development. During his time at the technology giant, Alexandre led the Microsoft France Partner Strategy and developed the group responsible for crafting the strategy for Microsoft’s partner ecosystem. His focus was on driving digital transformation for partners and customers in a Cloud world.
Prior to his time at Microsoft, he spent time in the U.S. working for software sales companies where he focused on business development. He also consults with tech start-up and scales acceleration at various investment funds, something he began upon his exit from Microsoft.
